30-day money-back guarantee
If your product-page conversion rate — measured over the Darwiny loader — has not improved after 30 days on your first paid billing period, email support@darwiny.ai and we will refund that billing period in full. No questions asked.
Conditions
- Applies only to the first paid billing period after signup.
- Refunds are issued back to the original Stripe payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
- The Darwiny loader must have been installed and active for at least 14 days of the billing period. This is to give the AI optimizer a fair chance to find a winning variation.
- The guarantee is one-time; it does not apply to subsequent renewals or re-subscriptions.
Ordinary cancellations (no refund)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard → Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please email us before filing a chargeback — we refund legitimate claims the same day. Chargebacks incur processing fees and are almost always avoidable.
